The Best Nude Lipsticks for Women of Color
So I posted this picture of my new knotless braids on Instagram recently (I’ll do a post about them soon) but you really only wanted to know what nude lipstick I was wearing.
For reference, you should know that I keep at least five lipstick options in my purse. My signature reds and purples, and at least one nude or pinkish color. Reds and purples are my absolute favorites but sometimes you just need to grab something quick and apply without effort. That calls for a nude!
So what brand of nude do I wear?
The nude I’ve been crushing on is called Tan Lines by Gold Label Cosmetics. I’m such a bad beauty blogger because I was supposed to review when I first got it (kicks myself in the knee). But you know life kinda happened, I threw the samples she sent in a random makeup bag and while cleaning up one Sunday when I was bored I just so happened to find it again.
Here’s the bad news! Unfortunately, it’s sold out.
But there is some good news. Since then I’ve realized that I kinda love nude lipstick. So I’ve got a few nude lipsticks that I’ve been swooning over as backups once my Face Drama runs out.
