20 Wellness Bloggers You Should Follow
Social media is what you make of it. If you’re following accounts that are making you feel stuck, anxious, and unworthy of love, then something has to change (this also includes hate-following, stop it!).
These wellness bloggers will fill your feed with the important things: self-care tips, reminders of how you’re not alone, and some wellness real talk. These are my personal favorites and some of my IRL frens.
1. @selfcareirl
Duh! If you’re not already following...girl, what is you doing? Go do that right now. I’m always sharing all the important updates for the Self Care IRL community, sharing sneak peeks of podcast episodes, and giving you the occasional affirmation and self care reminder too.
2. @itstracyg
Tracy is my IRL fren. She is the best, no cap as the kids say. Her affirmations and casual pop ins of wisdom is what you desperately need but might not have known.
3. @lovemaaden
I adore everything Maaden shares. I was lucky enough to be a guest on Love, Maaden: The Podcast, which you can listen to here.
4. @thatschelsea

With a focus on nutrition, Chelsea is always sharing killer drink recipes I never would have thought of trying.
5. @zelue
Danielle is always advocating for radical self-care, focusing on yourself, taking a step back from the daily grind, and introducing mindfulness into the everyday.

Nothing is more encouraging than scrolling on IG and stumbling upon a workout that gets you excited to move your body. Plus, she’s always sharing tasty recipes to try.
7. @aishabeau
Aisha is always adding perspective to the bad days and I love her for it. Plus, she has a podcast called Re-Written, which you can listen to here.
8. @taysdivinelife
Taylor’s recent post about personal growth and struggling with feeling shame is an important read, along with literally every other caption.
9. @drkristamarie
Dr. Kristamarie is always using her platform to share about things like mental health, COVID safety, and breast cancer awareness. Did we mention that she’s a whole doctor?

Dr. Amber’s wellness content is for all the mamas out there who are looking for guidance on their wellness journeys.

You’ve definitely seen her poetry all over Instagram, whether you realized it at the time or not. Heck, you probably have one memorized that pops into your head in hopeful, challenging, or melancholy moments.

Allyson shares photos of notes written on scraps of paper that will make you stop in your scroll.

Meg adds so much joy to working out and is always there for a reminder that you should only be following people on IG who uplift you!

Not only is McKenzie’s IG amazing, but you’ll never want to miss a single post on her blog. They’re all gems.
17. @nikiaphoenix
Nikia starts every day with a “good morning” IG story from bed and it’s a meditative experience. Check out her IG story highlight to watch all of her daily affirmations as well.

Chinae always pulls through at the exact right moment with reminders to love yourself, embrace your sexiness, and let go of all the bullshit life throws at you.

Georgie doesn’t pretend to have all the answers, but she’s always exploring personal growth and inviting followers into the journey with her.

Jo is a relationship and sex coach who will always inspire you to not only love your body, but to embrace your sexiness too.
