The last time I did an “IDK who needs to hear this but…” you all loved it, so we’re gonna run it back with some gems from my Instagram folder titled “Inspiration.”

2023 has felt for me like a survival mode. I don’t know who needs to hear this, but I want 2024 to be your year of revival. It’s going to be the place where you arrive at the place you need to be. That’s your 2024. We are claiming it for each other.

You deserve therapy. You deserve a brave space to dump your feelings. You deserve a safe place to lay your mind out for picking apart or picking back up.
