As we approach the new year, I’ve been thinking a lot about goals and how to be better. What is self care IRL for me? A huge part of my process is being intentional, so we’re starting a bit early. The moment I entertained the idea of working on my goals, I’m not going to lie… I was hit with a bit of anxiety. I remembered all of the goals I have made in previous years that I haven’t reached and the overwhelm really kicked in.
