This one is for you if you've ever watched a show bubble snot crying

LISTEN TO EP 67: ITUNES | SPOTIFY

Typically I write show notes out before I record podcast episodes to prevent myself from rambling. But today I’m giving you an emotional dump because it just felt like this episode needed to be raw and real like that. So imagine me sitting across the couch from you for the next 30 minutes, just chatting.

Last night, I watched all of “From Scratch,” a new Netflix show. (Don’t worry, there won’t be spoilers in this episode.) I found it to be really endearing and sentimental. The show is based on a real story and is about how we love people in different ways and how we all experience grief in different ways.

After I finished watching the series, I went onto Facebook and posted about how I was wondering if it was worse to say goodbye or not have the chance to. My friends shared their thoughts on the topic and so in this episode I’m unpacking my thoughts as well as sharing some responses I received.
