These 5 things are standing in your way of grief recovery

LISTEN TO EP 60: ITUNES | SPOTIFY

I’ve always considered myself to be a pretty emotional sturdy person. I’ve done therapy at different stages of my life. But when my mom died, that grief hit me like a million steel buckets filled with piping hot lava. What I learned early in grief is that none of us are above the dark space grief enjoys to torture us with. And from time to time, you might be feeling like you’re unable to handle your grief.

Even though I am 9 years into my grief, I periodically find myself coming back to the strategies I learned that made my journey less difficult. In today’s episode you and I are going to discuss a few things that are standing in the way of your grief recovery and I’m going to give you some strategies you can apply today if you’re finding it difficult to get through your grief on your own.
