Habits you have that you need to break TODAY!

So the really interesting thing about habits is that they typically start as this one thing you did that one time. And then you do it again the next day. And before you even know what's happening, you have formed a habit. Child. Hopefully it's a good one because now, it's a habit that belongs to you.

A habit can lessen your problems, or it can cause more. The habits that you form today can lead to a good or a bad tomorrow. It all depends on which habits you choose to develop. This habit of mine has just caused complete chaos for me and I have felt behind for the past 2 years.

For example, you can choose to procrastinate, which leads to more stress in the long run. Or you can choose to do things efficiently, which will decrease your stress and increase productivity. You have control over your habits. Also this is me talking to me. But I digress.

In today's episode you and I are going to discuss what current habits should you break, like right now, if you truly want to be better, for tomorrow.
