If you follow me on Instagram you know that I am currently in a bit of a life storm. I am ok. Mentally I am exhausted. Drained. Stressed. Overwhelmed. Life is changing for me and I need to make decisions to support that change. And if I'm honest Ion want to. I am upset that life is changing but I know that in order for my life to really get good, like really get good, things I have to change. For the past 2 weeks, I've given myself the space I need to feel all the things. The anger. The sadness. The disappointment. All of it. It's been hard. It's been real hard to lean into what feels like pain but what I know to be the very beginning of another lesson and another little notch on my healing journey.
In today's episode you and I are going to discuss some things we need to do to move forward. Nine to be exact. Before we get into though I wanna remind you (and me) to be gentle with yourself. Be kind. Learn the lesson as many times as you need to. Also. Today's episode is just as much for me as it may be for you. So excuse the somber tone as I am clutching for happiness and joy.
